1. Service Fees and Consultations

• Consultancy Fees: Any fees paid for professional advice, market analysis reports, or consultations are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

• Digital Products: If you purchase digital assets or specialized property reports, these are considered “used” upon delivery and are not eligible for a refund.

2. Property Booking & Token Amounts

• Developer Policies: For payments made toward a specific property booking (Token Money or Earnest Money), the refund terms are governed by the specific developer’s agreement and the laws of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

• Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a booking, Zenithacre will facilitate the refund process between the client and the developer according to the project’s specific cancellation clause. Please note that administrative charges or forfeiture clauses by the developer may apply.

3. Subscription & Marketing Services

• SEO & Digital Services: For clients using our marketing or SEO service packages, refunds for the current billing month are not provided once work has commenced. Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

• Refund Requests: If you believe there has been an error in billing or a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date for a correction.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our accounts department or the respective developer:

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).

• Standard processing time is typically 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
